Training is meant to equipp skills and be ready at workplace. We have gone through all sorts of training in soft skills and technical skills but what about when crisis intervenes? Are your employees equipped?

How do you start? 

1. Reverse engineer your industry crisis factors - Discuss with Health and Safety, ISO standards committee to find out the factors.
2. Conduct audit in this sections - Find out the non compliance occurred in this areas and look at the top that triggers crisis.
