Dear HR, Training and L&D,
Ever thought about how colours can Effect your Training Programs?
Color May Stimulate Specific Brain Functions
As TLMM progresses to as an expert in the field of HR, Training and L&D, we need to not just look at what we know, but constantly learnt what we dont know. We are here to share with you how Researchers globally have come up with an understanding on how to drive more learning into an employee. Its simply through understanding that colours stimulate brain functions. Use this COLOURS  in your next training program and watch the results:
1. Blue  stimulates creativity and can help you achieve a state of calm relaxation.
2. Red stimulates the adrenal glands and can generate feelings of energy. When used with repetitive or detail-oriented tasks, red also to improve focus and performance.
3. Yellow in small amounts can make us feel happy.
4. Green appears to be relaxing and may even contribute to physical health, suggesting its use in hospitals.
5. Pink also has a calming influence and has been shown to reduce heart rate.
6. Purple gets our attention .
7. Orange stimulates critical thinking and memory. It is sometimes suggested that test centers should be painted orange to stimulate performance on exams.
Until my next sharing,
