Ask your Trainer to Teach Participants Story Elements during their Workshop

Dear HR, Training & L&D Department,
Following my previous article on 'Ask your Trainer to include 'Fields of Stories' into Your Training Workshop  , in this article you will learn the following 3 elements to be included when teaching participants how to create their stories.

Ask your Trainer to Teach Participants Story Elements during their Workshop

1.    Alternate Ending:
After introducing a topic or story in class, ask participants to create their own alternate ending. Tell them the goal of their story should be to answer “What if?”, that is,
their stories should explore how the world would differ if one key point were changed.

2.    Storytelling project:
Have a storytelling project on an important concept in the class. Encourage participants to use something other than the written word to tell their story, e.g.  digital, verbal, visual.

3.    Story Analysis:
Have participants perform a story analysis of a topic related to but not covered in the class. Have them identify the key characters and their motivation, describe the setting, and explore the obstacles and how they led to the climax and ultimate conclusion.
