Are you constantly Evaluating if that is the Right Training?

Dear HR, Training and L&D Departments,

Are you constantly Evaluating if that is the Right Training?

As a HR, Training and L&D department personnel, we cannot bluntly rely on just gathering information of training needs from HODs. We need to ensure we turned around all possible scorecards of evaluation in our organisation.

Here are areas you can consider re-looking into for a firmed TNA.
  1. ISO non-compliance forms – ask your Quality department to share with you.
  2. Departmental KPIs
  3. Individual Competencies
  4. CEO’s plan for reasons of training – does he look at just increasing profits, does he look at sustaining the talents?
  5. History of past ‘employee surveys’

After studying the 5 points above, Read my Report above on 2 steps needed to evaluate your if that is the Right Training Program for your employees.
Now you are ‘On The Go’ for a sustainable TNA.
