Part 5: Memorizing Kirk Patrick’s 4 Level Evaluation

Dear HR , Training and Learning & Development Heads,
From my last article of ROI training -  Part 4: Rationality of Implementing ROI’s.    Now, lets move on to Part 5.

Many customers whom I know understands Kirk Patrick’s model, but can you memorize this model on the event you are called to suddenly explain to your management? If no, than here is something you can memorize immediately.

1 – Reaction
Measures participant reaction to the program
2 – Learning
Measures the extent to which participants change attitudes, improve knowledge and/or increase skills
3 – Behaviour
Measures the extend to which change in behavior occurs
4  - Results
Measures changes in business results
