Innovative training is not about the concept alone. Innovation comes with delivery and execution of what maybe traditional methods.

Enclosed are various of methods used to stimulate innovative methods

Take participants to a workplace simulation instead of the training classroom.
Consider serious play role situations eg.with a customer, supplier or colleague.
Modern media training - using Facebook and Twitter to market training
On the go training - receiving training content via email (eg linking the training message to an online case study) SMS text or video
Global classroom - change the way participants listen to a message from a trainer. Connect geographic locations where learners can listen to contents from globalerspective.
