Leadership with Four Generations

 Training on a leadership topic these days can be very tricky as the managers who are your participants may be dealing with four generations at their workplace. We are not going to speak about leadership here, but we are going to share to you the topics you can train and incorporate this into your training modules.

Silents (Born between 1925 and 1946)
Baby Boomers (Born between 1946 and 1964)
Generation Xers (Born between 1965 and 1980)
Generation Ys or Millennials (born after 1980)
Areas you can use when you train on leadership topics that involves 3 to 4 generations.
