Trainers need to Communicate Across Cultures

To interact more effectively with people, trainers needs to know another culture.  When dealing with others we usually allow our emotions, rather than logic to influence factors of deciding. To interact more effectively you have to follow this 3 steps:

Communicate on a human and business level
Communication always happens on 2 levels: business and human level.  However it is always better to open interaction via written or verbal.

2   Get participants to like you
Likeability in people is also measured by their ability to listen and be interested in others. People who have something positive to say and don’t whinge tend to be more well liked.

3   Be a credible communicator
Your credibility will be determined by verbal, vocal and visual elements of your message.
