for Employees
By now, if you are a Champion in HR, Training
and L&D no matter what division you are in operations or strategy, you may
come across that your employees have various learning paths. Different
ways of remembering. Different ways of retrieving. Different ways of
communicating.
Hence how can you develop Personalised
Learning Paths for various groups of Employees?
At the very minimum, employees must have
workplace learning at various methods:
>social networking - Do see my previous article which i wrote about

>instant messaging,
>online collaboration
>video conferencing
>workshop training
Personalised learning comes when you have
taken indepth data about each employees growth of learning against their
ongoing performances. 'Strategic Visioning' is crucial when developing the
right personalised learning paths for the targeted employees you need.
