IS IT WORTH FOR CORPORATES TO INVEST IN E-COACHING?

Is it worth for corporates to invest in e-coaching?
The development of technology has brought us to a new dimension of learning. It is undeniable that technology is actually beneficial for learning. We would see there are online classes, online meeting, and also online seminar where these people don’t have to meet at a particular place because everything is conducted online! And this is also applicable for corporates trainings. But, is it worth for corporates to invest in online training? Here are the reasons why corporates should invest in online training.
1.   Cheapen the Training Cost
Printed training materials or on-site trainers won’t be needed, because all training information can be found on online platform.
2.   Fast deployment of content and quick access of references
Online coaching can be delivered rapidly and conveniently. Trainers can simply upload the material on the platform, rather than have to wait it to be printed and distribute it to your employees.
3. Employees are given the opportunity to learn at their own pace because employees don’t have to rush, and they are given the opportunity to obtain and to fully understand about the training materials.
4.  Reduce employees retention rates
By giving your employees a continuous online training and self-paced learning module, they are motivated to advance their professional skills in workplace. A well-coached and happy employee would likely to remain as a loyal employee.
5. Unlimited scope because online coaching can be conducted anytime and anywhere, and with any mentor or coach.
