-      Size of your company
-      Size and visibility of your budget
-      Focus on measurement
-      Key drivers requiring additional accountability
-      Level of change taking place

Symptoms to find out if your Company is ready for ROI
-      Pressure from senior management to measure results
-      Extremely low investments in measurement and evaluations
-      Recent program disasters
-      A new director or leader in the function
-      Managers desire to built cutting edge functions
-      Lack of Management support
