A BRIGHTER FUTURE REQUIRES HR ENTREPRENEURS

Need for hr entrepreneurs

The person has critical “business savvy” capability via:


1.    Good core business knowledge, e.g. project management and customer service. 
2.    Understanding of operational activity  - nearly as well as the line managers they support. 
3.    Understanding of the environment and market within which the business operates. 
4.    Constantly looking outward and benchmarking the organisation, not just against last year’s performance but against peers and possibly best-in-class standards. 
5.    Suggest initiatives that deliver maximum ROI ( return in investment) for minimum resources and manage risk effectively by simplifying process where possible.
