Do you know what Training Managers needs to do after a typical training session?
Here 3 tips we wish to shar with you.
1. Send questionaire form to the bosses of the candidates to evaluate the candidates for a period of 3 months.
a) Each questionaire is designed specifically to the job description of the candidate.
b) The bosses of the candidates will need to fill up their comments and pass up their forms every month.
c) On the 3rd month they write a review report to training department on the difference they have seen from their staff.
2. Training Department to conduct short talks (you can get this free) on subjects related back to leadership . Eg . Positive Thinking , Time management etc.
3. Training Department has a 1 day of the month a focus group discussion with the participant.
