Keeping Your Internal Trainers Happy

Being the Head of a  Training Department, and having 5 to over 10  internal trainers, we are sure that there are times that communication issues props up, hence here are some points on how to be sure your internal trainers are happy staying always as your internal trainers.

1. Be genuine and truthful
Your body language will match to what you intend to say.  Hence when speaking to your internal trainers, be genuine and not hold back any information

2. Explore the pors and cons of each training program trained
During your meetings, talk about the upside and the downside of each training performed and the effectiveness.

3. Seek to build long term relationships with your internal trainers
Do something meaningful for them on an ongoing basis.

4. Get feedback and testimonials from the participants of what they think of your internal trainers
Testimonials are crucial for breeding greater confidence
