To Train or Not to Train

In this article we will probe you with questions to think about; should you lead a training department in your company.  Based on our conversations with many Training Managers, we have come to realise that it is really-really- really not easy to quantify the effectiveness of the training unless your own training team are well rounded with the job scope required. 

Hence here are 3 simple questions for you:

What are you really looking for from your training team given the state and nature of your business and the competitive environment that it operates in?

What skills, aptitudes and attitudes do yoru training team need?

What characteristics do you want them to demonstate?
