                                    Charisma of a Trainer



Charisma, charm and positive personality are contagious qualities that attracts any customer towards a trainer.  A charismatic trainer who has an intelligence and certainly win many customers for any consulting or in-house trainings. 

Here are some areas that trainers use to get themselves winning continuous training programs.  This tips were taken from articles in Star Classifieds.


1. Be Self Confident - This speaks from the shirt you are wearing right to your body posture. Chances are when you feel good about yourself, you will do your best and hence be more confident.

2. Maintain Your Focus - Do not allow yourself to be distracted  by issues other than the task at hand. Hence trainers who meet customers during the first presentations usually gets distracted by introducing to many subjects or explaining to much about their company rather than listening to what the customers problems are.

3. Interest and Attitude  -  Trainers who managed to get the exact interest of their customers will often have customers like you better.  Giving customers or even trainers your full attention builds a momentary exclusive world of 'you' and 'me'.
