Interesting Tips that Trainers should put on their CV to Impress a Customer

Sitting in many training workshop classes, I often get time to review a trainers CV.  I hence write this email to share with you on how a trainer could improve his CV so that he gets his customers reading and really understanding who he is exactly.
Here are some Tips
Think as a customer: What's in it for me? Customer wants free information all the time.  Therefore you can do something like this:
  • Have a Blogspot or a ISnap tool in your CV at the upper header.
  • Have a tips member log in page (here the customer has to get a password to enjoy the free tips you share for this particular workshop.
  • Have a word saying:  Who is example Chong Aik Keng?
  • Here you can put in all your Awards Received in a structured format.  And then you and put in Case Studies of Customers that you have changed or saved or increased their ROIs.  Finally then you put in your credibility (your Certs/PHD and where you came from)
  • Have a word saying: Rosli's contribution towards Society.  Here you have to become somebody who is a giver to society, an activist to save the world (example saja).
The above are just my ideas and if I am a customer and I see your CV is so much different than the other 20000 trainers, you might be somebody worth for me to invest in.

Do share this with your own trainers whom you know.
Until then, happy sourcing for Trainers!
