How do you Manage Difficult Trainers

I am sure you have seeked trainings on ‘How to handle difficult Customers’.  Hence here I write this sharing to you on How do you Manage Difficult Trainers.

As far as I see this coming, I would only like to emphasize on 3 types of behaviours that you must observe in a difficult trainer that you have met.

Submissive
Trainers who are submissive avoids stating their needs and feelings, they tend to communicate their needs in an apologetic way.

Aggressive
Trainers who are aggressive tends to ignore the needs and feelings of others, they tend to also encourage others to do things by manipulation

Assertive
Trainers who are assertive always states their feelings and needs in a straightforward way, being clear in what they say and stands up for their rights.

Please note that none of these behaviours are necessary good.  However if you wish to manage your trainers in a better way, you have to learn to use Assertiveness techniques which will eventually lead you to a much stressful selection with these trainers.
