Your Trainers in Excellence by Believing
They Can Do Well
If there is
no proper feedback from management and what is their expectation of him being a
trainer, hence, there is no direction to achieve his KPIs. Eventually,
this young trainer will set lower standards than what he is capable of achieving.
His self esteem will be dented and negative attitudes will develop.
That’s when,
management takes note and say ‘ hey let’s send this trainers for TTT or
Enhancement of TTT’.
Dear folks,
there is a lot of money involved when equipping your internal trainers.
The question is:
Why could you not spot the mistakes early stages and
resolve them at management meetings?
Here are some
tips of what distinguish a superior trainer to an average and poor
trainer.
- His greater confidence level during his presentation to customers or his own internal staff
- The right attitude and energy built in.
- His ability to develop and coach any team to high level of performance regardless of any training subject.
