The Future of Training in 10 Years  – Questions We Ask?

We all know that training and development is a huge cycle of developing staff from every level.  Learning is continuous but what predictions are there for Year 2012 that we can adopt in Malaysia?

Here are 7 questions running in our minds and a few tips taken from Internet for your reading:

  •       As social media becomes more integrated into corporate learning, where do “online learning communities” fit in?  FYI.. Using online learning communities is a great way to tap into various Baby Boomers who hold a vast amount of company knowledge, experiences, and lessons learned.

  •       What type of innovation might we expect in Malaysia that focuses to enhance learning better?

  •       Will allowing people to learn more from each other eliminate the need for instructor-led training and development?

  •       Will CSR and Green Training be the ‘in thing’?

  •       How will E-Learning fare?  A decline? 

  •       The Decline of Training Institutions and Training Providers – will they still be around?

  •       Diversity and Equality Training:  Will this be incorporate in Malaysia very soon?
