What if the success of your training is based on the type of learning games simulated in the classroom?  Why is this important?

Yes, the fact is every successful training program is not based just on content but on the learning games played during the training program and the debrief learnt afterwards. The importance of why we need to ensure trainers have considerable amount of learning games is:

1. To enhance motivation of learners
2. To set up engaging scenarios of learners that can be observed
3. To establish educational goals of learners to remember
4. To study and analyse your learners behaviours
