What Role does a HR play in developing a coaching culture in the workplace?

Again, please read through Coach Mel's book on page 156.

So what role does a HR personnel partake in?
-HR represents the people focus of the business - they have to foster and develop people
-HR is the business unit that comes up with the organizational strategies for development of people and culture
-HR is responsible for leadership capability frameworks and strategies
-HR have access to and design all the HR artefacts that provide evidence that coaching is priority (Example embedding performance reviews)
-HR interacts and influence every business unit in an organization

ANY COACHING PROGRAM WILL FAIL WITHOUT HR INPUT!
