1. Hire a leader who owns and runs L&D across the enterprise. (it is best to hire a trainer who has training experience and built their own business in the past).
2. Consolidate the L&D budget, so that you know where money is being spend and on what.
3. Rationalize vendors (You can Hire TLMM), tools and off the shelf programs
4. Implement and integrated learning platform and LMS
4. Develop a learning community with the use of social media presence
