Top 9 Ways to Impress your customer to buy your training programs

During meeting presentations with your customer, its a very crucial time whereby every move that you are doing will be evaluated by your customer to see if you are suitable for their training program.  Here are 10 ways to impress your customer so that they can be confident to buy your training program.

1. Be Confident but Humble
Let your customer know that you are teachable and admit that you still need to learn but still feel confident of what you have to offer.

2. Body Language and Posture
Maintain eye contact with your customer, sit straight and remember to smile all the time.

3. Follow Up
After the meeting presentation, send a 'thank you email'.  Tell them about things of their company that really impress you

4.Take Turns to Speak and Listen
Dont got on talking about yourself. Remember to let your customer speak as well.

5. Dress Appropriately
The way you dress gives you a presonality about who you really are. Use soft colours that calms your customer down.

6. Ask Questions
Ask questions in relation to the training you are suppose to do soon.

7. Present concrete examples of your skills
Put together a concrete poftfolio of the trainings you have done and the ROIs in money you have saved for customers.  If you cannot proof this than show the ROIs on assessments you have done with past customers.

8. Dont be Late!
If you happen to be later, call and inform your whereabouts.

9. Do your Homework
Your meeting will be evaluated based on your dilligence of understanding who this customer is and what is her exact training needs to be resolved.
