Why is Excellent Training so Rare?

How would you know if the trainer and the training tools you have selected from various service providers whom you have engaged with are experienced in their field?

We have asked this question to many customers either during our research activities or during face to face appointments, but we have still not received the right answer.  Hence here are great tips on how you can rate your service providers by their own individual 'excellence' in the training world.

1. Find out who they are.  Why do they provide that kind of service which they define it as excellence. What have they done to change situations in other customers problem areas.
2. Dig deeper into the service they offer.
3.  Put service excellence into your goals and then constantly review, monitor and track to create a superior customer satisfaction level for you.
4. Recognise and retain the excellent service providers on your database.

So we come back to the title of this post which is: Why is Excellent Training so Rare?
