ISO Training Tips by a Great Trainer

Dear All,

Its a great year ahead of us and here we are all of us; trainers, consultants. hr managers and training managers trying to figure out what the the right effective measurements needed to create a sustainable productive organisation.

While trying to think of answers and google out solutions, i decided to write this article after meeting up with a trainer last week.

His name is Mr. T. Singh who is a skilled ISO trainer and i was reading his checklist of questions he poses to customers seeking for an ISO trainer.  So here is his checklist.

Do read this checklist before engaging with any ISO trainer of your choice.

1. Make sure you you only engage one consultant for the whole project to ensure similar approach used and continuity whether its ISO9000/18000 etc.

2. Always check the companies that the consultant you are going to hire and how was the delivery of the trainings done.

3. Make sure when you are doing your selection of searching for consultants you speak to the consultant himself and not the boss who is good at marketing.

4. Always check when did the consultant first sit for his ISO9001 Lead Auditor exam, this will allow you to evaluate his years of experience.

5. Always ask if the consultant can deliver performance guarantee.

Happy reading guys..
