Extinction of Corporate Trainers in Malaysia in the next decade

To make a drastic subject article of this sort might cause a lot of talk? with our local trainers in Malaysia.  Don't  get me wrong here, the activities of corporate training will remain strong but the role of the outsourced corporate trainers is becoming less unimportant. 

The evidence I have to support my article here is to look at my own experience of matchmaking corporate trainers to local companies in Malaysia.  I have seen the scope of many corporations seeking trainings of In House or Public Trainings and know how rapidly these companies are now shrinking their demands in seeking an outsourced trainer. These corporations are preparing their departments to become learning centres and conduct their own internal trainings using staff to become trainers.
