Dealing with Internal Training – Is it a difficult task to do?


More and more HR Managers, Training Managers and Assistants are becoming victims of multitasking. Have you heard about Managers training their own people internally?  We are sure they are capable of training, however this article speaks about how there ‘training job’ can actually be very monotonous and eventually drain these Managers out!.  Training is not an easy job.  The trainer needs to be mentally prepared before presenting case studies, lecture methods or even activities during the training workshop. It looks simple from the outside, but try doing this everyday!  Phew! – Hats off to all trainers out there.

  • Should training not be your cup but you are forced to train, do this following steps:
  • Try going through You Tube videos on formats of how training can be done.
  • Copy the styles of trainers you usually see.
  • Sit in many workshops as you can, to have the knowledge and learn the synergy
  • that professional trainers have.
  • Buy Training Modules from global markets and understand the difference in style 
  • from our local trainers here.
  • Practice in front of a mirror to become perfect.
