Questions to ask yourself ; If you are the Main Key Personnel in Training

Is it worth spending that money for that training for that staff or team? Can this be substitute on a different format of learning?

If you can answer this correctly, you are on the right path.


-       How much of training spending per year is given for that staff


-       What is the ROI of %change in that staff comparitive to before training


-       Is it worth it?
