We have realized that less than 20% of companies in Malaysia who are active in training and developing their staff learning needs often only stick with a few training vendors or sometimes just 1 learning vendor. 

The question we post here is:  Are you willing to sacrifice functionality to standardize to only 1 vendor or even a few selected vendors?
