Learn to stop wasting money on Training

We have contacted many clients pertaining to either matchmaking services or just a simple follow up call and out of the 100 clients that we speak to 70% of clients seek training for the sake of it (just following orders of the TNA outline) This pattern is found worldwide. 
  • Isn’t it time that we asked ourselves:
  • Are organizations getting value for their Ringgits spent?
  • Is training doing what it should do?
  • What is the return – on – investment (ROI)?
  • Do we need to train or not to train?
  • Even when the training is necessary, is it ever sufficient?
  • How can we improve our training to maximize learning retention?
