6 ways to know if your organization is heading towards a learning culture.

1. Is expertise of your staff rewarded and valued?

2. Are your departmental processors clearly defined?

3. Do your staff feel empowered to point out errors?

4. Does leadership reinforce the need to learn?

5. Do your staff share information openly?

6. Does your leaders emphasize on innovative projects, use of rich media and social tools, execution of learning systems eg. E-learning, simulation based learnings, virtual learnings and so on?
