Who are Champions?
Champions are special personnel in a company who leads the coaching implementation.
Here are some skills for you to know, should you be keen to search for a Champion to lead your coaching programs.

1. They are quite passionate about their company
2. They are not ego driven.
3. They are the defenders of real time coaching
4. They make do with what budget they are given to lead coaching to a success
5. They are good at monetizing budgets from various departments
6. They always kick start a pilot coaching program first and wait for the success stories then implement more..
7.They have patience and often focus on one area at a time
