Training Departments in Malaysia - How
frequent are turnaround of staff?
(this article is based on our research and experience with many corporates in Malaysia)

Speaking to many training personnels and training managers in corporates, my telesales teams realise that most often its either the boss is on leave or its his last day or the junior employee herself.  Do you know why this happens?  How can the solution providers (training companies, knowledge consultants) inculculate a good relationship with these training personnels, if they are hardly even interested in their own job.

We have made our on opinions that most of the personnels that goes missing either has both of this options in mind:

They are doing training themselves in other companies (this is violating their employment contract and hence keeps this under low profile)

They are frustrated with their current processors and not happy working (hence seeking other  alternatives - job interviews etc.
