Trainers Daily Rates. Is it ever going to be standardized?
This has been a question in many of our minds. I was recently reading through Training Zone’s articles and would like to share a writer’s comment of her own grouses on trainers fees rate in her country.
What does the market expect and what will it pay? What is a normal daily rate fees?
Yes! We all understand on the HRDF schemes and their daily rates but there is no regulation that mentions on rates needing to be standardized is there?
Non-Industry core trainings which is conducted regularly eg. staff development skills/ customer service/ hr/ IT and technical, sales and others; usually these trainings fluctuate based on the trainers quality.
My question to you is: When will we ever be able to standardize trainers daily rates in Malaysia.
